Conditions of Hire

1. Delivery / Pickup charges are extra.
   
   
2. Bookings are accepted on reciept of a 25% deposit on orders above $200.00.
   
   
3. Balance of payment is required on or proir to delivery.
   
   
4. A security deposit for all hires. This is refunded at the conclusion of the hire when the goods are checked by our staff-less replacement/repair value of the hired equipment. Jukebox & Frozen Cocktails machines require credit card imprint & drivers licence number.
   
   
5. Please return in a clean & dry condition to avoid any additional cleaning charges.
   
   
6. Protection & safety of goods hired is the responsibility of the client while the goods are in the hirers care.
   
   
7. All prices listed are for daily hire only. Please enquire for extended periods.
   
   
8. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

   2 - 5 days notice = 25%

   1 day notice = 50%

On delivery day = 100%

9. Prices are subject to change without notice. We gladly accept Visa & Mastercard.
   
   
10. Kelly's Party Hire are covered with a $5,000,000 Public Liabilty Insurance. This is required by local councils and clubs.
